Distributor status must be renewed each year by purchasing a new digital pack. This renewal is mandatory in order to maintain access to the network, customers and commissions. In the event of non-renewal, the distributor immediately and irrevocably loses all rights to his network, customers and commissions.

4. ETHICS, CONDUCT AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

In the event of a breach of these obligations, RISE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete the distributor's account, withdraw its rights and commissions without refund, and report its actions to the appropriate authorities if necessary.

Acceptance of these obligations is formalized by the distributor's signature or initials, or by the box ticked when registering.

5. TAX AND REPORTING OBLIGATIONS

Each distributor is fully responsible for declaring its income, paying its taxes and social security contributions, and keeping its accounting records up to date in accordance with the laws of its country of residence.

RISE may, for information purposes only, provide an annual statement of commissions, but cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the distributor's tax returns or the payment of his tax obligations.

Failure to comply with tax obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the distributor's account.

6. COMPENSATION PLAN

The RISE compensation plan is based on the distributor's personal sales and the commissions generated by his network. No income is guaranteed by RISE.

Bonuses are awarded on the basis of individual and collective performance, in accordance with criteria defined by the company.
